Very thorough Property Manager Randal and the Averis team were great in getting our rental filled and did it in less than 4 days. I had been trying to rent out my home for 2 weeks and had not found anyone that I would consider a quality renter. Averis found a great Tenant who has been in the house 4 months now and have turned out great.
