I had StarCraft do a major remodel job for one of my rental properties. They did a fantastic job and completed it ina timely manner and were very professional. I’ll use them again!
This company did 1 small project for me quite well. Because of that good experience, I requested further work to update a guest bathroom. The work was surveyed and a design was promised 'soon' as he said they were busy. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I didn't expect anything quickly. In 3 months I had heard nothing from StarCraft. I called to check up and was told they'd look into it. Still no follow-up about a month later.
