HORRIBLE customer service. Due to Covid we missed the tiny detail that we had to provide a 45 day notice that we were not going to renew our subscription. Rather than allowing us to go on a month to month or a prorated subscription they are forcing us to pay the full year. There are LOTS of great programs out there, folks. Don't use this one. Hit me up if you want to know more details as to why we are quitting.

They don't offer phone support. You can only email support. And, support replies maybe 24 or more hours later to your email. If you require a call back, you must schedule your call back. I'm a volunteer on a NAHU board and have more important things to do vs scheduling a call back.
For almost a year the META and TITLE tags have not worked on our blog posts. Opened many support tickets and the only response I keep getting is "we're looking into it." Still not fixed, and the last email from one of their support techs had the nerve to tell me, "While title and meta descriptions are still very relevant they are not as important as some of the other features that we have available to you at this time." The features in this software, and the fact that they specialize in non-profit associations, has me sold. SO much is automated that we will be able to focus on the needs of the members, and less on administration. The training is awesome, and transitioning board members will always be given direction.
