This was a very disappointing experience. I received the wrong drink and politely asked the barista to remake it. She took it back and said she would remake it, but instead, they just dumped the incorrect drink into the blender, added ice, and reblended it. That is not a proper remake. The barista’s name was Anna. I have video evidence if needed.
Been here multiple times and every time the lattes (milk based drinks) are made with either expired syrup’s, or milk not properly stored at correct temperatures. We had to just throw out drinks due to terrible taste. I would highly recommend skipping this Starbucks.
It’s Starbucks. Staff still speaking behind masks provides poor communication for customers. There’s nothing exceptionally wonderful about the store except the exterior.
