Single-handedly, the worst experience I have had at this location. Usually good service, but not today. It took them over 10 minutes to get a chocolate croissant ready, and over 15 to get my drink ready. They weren't even busy either. There was no one in line; there were only 3-4 people waiting for items, including myself. There were 5 workers present, and only one of them was actually working on making drinks.
