Good service good location on campus overlooking the lake
I visited with my colleague and a friend recently. Unfortunately, the girl who took our orders and the barista came across as unfriendly. I do have empathy for them, as they could have been tired or lacking motivation, training, but I believe a little guidance from the manager could help. It would be great if they could be encouraged to be more welcoming with customers. Listen to their issues and support them.
