this is the millionth day in a row that they are ONLY ACCEPTING CASH because their "wifi connection is not stable"?? maybe get your own router or something? and don't rely on the sunway wifi that many students are using?

Worst starbucks ever! For the last 3 weeks I am here in campus, this starbucks have been not serving customers as it is always server down. The last time i bought something from here was almost a month ago which shows their inactivity with their server and after that there was once when i bought a americano on TNG I couldn't redeemed it as their server was down resulting on the voucher to be null and expired wasting my money but it could be my fault as I ordered too fast not knowing they are out of service and fast foward to... read more

Disappointed with my experience today. I brought my own tumbler with matcha I had prepared myself inside, intending to order milk to complete the drink. The barista poured away the contents without asking first. It would be much appreciated if staff could confirm w customers before discarding it.

Visited Starbucks this morning and was disappointed with the service. There were only 3–4 customers before me, but the staff were very slow and seemed busy talking among themselves. When I ordered, I had to repeat myself several times because the staff kept asking the same questions again. After my order was ready, the male staff did not even inform me properly and when i approaching he just pushed the packaging towards me without saying anything.
