I had a drive thru order and when I asked to change my drink to iced the 2 baristas refused to change my drink and suggested I get back in the drive thru line. They said management does not allow it. What a poor excuse. The people there are jerks and have no idea sense of customer service. Other Starbucks would have changed my drink but this guy was saying that other people were waiting behind me. It wouldnt take long to make an iced coffee. What in the world!! Whoever made my matcha need to be fired. It barely has any matcha only milk not green at all. Truly disappointing!!
