Bring your own cutleries, they don't wash it properly. Ive exchanged my spoon and it's still very very dirty and at this point Im just gonna use my hands.

Disappointed with the service at the drive-thru at Starbucks. The staff taking my order (male, thin, wearing glasses) spoke in a rude tone, didn’t greet, and didn’t even say thank you. Basic customer service and politeness should be improved.
