I clearly informed the staff that I wanted a Vanilla Frappé with chocolate chips and no sugar. However, the drink was still prepared with sugar despite my request. In addition, the staff member who attended to us, a brown-skinned man with a beard, displayed an unprofessional attitude throughout the interaction. Not a great experience. The Brownie Coco Cold Brew was very weak and watered down, I couldn’t taste the coffee at all. Service was also slow, they didn't begin preparing my sandwich until I followed up with the staff at the counter.
