Always love Starbucks but was extremely annoyed at this outlet. The male cashier that took our order did not even bother writing our names correctly (made a mistake of nothing getting his name). He was like sidetracked the whole time. He was listening in to another conversation rather than focusing on the customer in front of him, me! Had such a pleasant experience at Starbucks Reserve One Utama thanks to Demi. She was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made me feel so welcomed throughout my visit. The coffee and baristas are solid 10/10 without a doubt. The coffee was amazing, it is truly one of a kind.The baristas were so helpful and patient explaining the difference in each coffees. I appreciate and salute to the staff that managed to be calm and responsive despite in a very overwhelming and chaotic setting.
