I have visited 1Utama (Starbucks Reserve). This man called Pang, was very informative and kind by explaining and serving well. He put up a good smile and able to explain and answer any uncertainty I had. Excellent service. Please have him around in Starbucks Reserve 1Utama, he is a Part Timer, have him as a Full Timer. I tried to review in starbucks doc, but the receipt upload can't be attached.
Went in to get my chocolate cream chip frappe and I got just a chocolate frappe instead. No chocolate chips and no chocolate drizzle as I usually get. The cashier named Azrul was also not very friendly when serving. This is extremely poor service for a so called “Starbucks Reserve”. Extremely disappointing.
Visited Starbucks 1 Utama and had a really positive experience thanks to Azrul. He took the time to patiently explain and help me with my Shopee voucher redemption. Even though the voucher didn’t go through in the end, he genuinely tried his best to assist and made sure I felt well taken care of. Big thumbs up for his great attitude and customer service. It’s always nice to see staff like Azrul at this branch. 👏
