Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Chocolate Cream Chip without whipped cream under the name Agnes, but I was given a Java Chip with whipped cream under the name Xian instead. I even slowly spelled out every letter of the name during payment, so I'm not sure how so many mistakes happened. On top of that, I redeemed my Starbucks Rewards to use for this purchase, but the payment was processed without applying my rewards.
