5 stars specially for Razif, the Coffee Master at Starbucks Puchong Jaya! I had an issue before where my coffee tasted unusually sourish. When I mentioned it to Razif, he immediately took ownership. He pulled a quick shot to taste and test it himself, then patiently explained what caused the sourness and how to resolve it. After I use my starbucks card to order my drink , the cashier did not return my card and after few days I go back to retreat my card , 1 of the staff say he saw my card but the rest of the staff say cant find it . And my card got few hundred credit it in !!!!!
I've visited this store several times so far, and I'm using it well without any problems.
Came at 10.20pm on 1st February to get coffee, but the door was already closed. A staff member (indian lady) was inside cleaning the coffee machine and saw us, but did not respond or attend to us. After a long day, we were really disappointed as we just wanted to have a coffee. Management should please look into this since it stated in ur google the outlet close at 11pm.
