I was shocked with the behavior of a rep called NAT, she was so rude she doesn't know ow how to behave with customers. Another representative name Tyra was excellent she covered it up. She was super polite humble and helpful.
They messed up my order and then I asked them to remake it. The drink they re made for me was very watered down. So I just threw it away. It’s disappointing when you spend your money on something and it’s not up to standards.
Every time I order extra lavender foam for a $10 drink they give me the tiniest amount. Last time I’ll be ordering from this store.
Update, still love my crew at 59th street pick up location look at the wonderful message on my coffee cup today... *I had to revise this old review as the service has improved tremendously and there is no longer a horrendous wait time or mishaps with orders.
