Absolutely horrible service, especially evening staff. Not sure if not trained but purely unprofessional. One staff made racist remarks and another time we visited, another staff was loudly singing and prompted other customers to leave. When confronted, acted as if nothing happened. Would not recommend whether drive through. Coffee isn’t made well anyway.
This most loved Starbucks for me in nsw.
Come here all the time and they always get it right, the staff are great.
