I visit Starbucks regularly and don’t mind paying $7 for a coffee when it’s paired with great customer service. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark. When I walked in, there were three employees behind the counter. One was cleaning the mocha pump, another was getting ice, and I wasn’t sure what the third was doing. 3/13/26 3pm ordered 3 honey citrus mint teas. They all taste like water. That barista needs to be trained again. Wasted my money. Never again. Just go one street over to 2920 to a real starbucks.
I go to this Starbucks nearly 4 times a week. I'd never had a problem with them. This morning when I went to grab my wife's usual morning order. There was a guy, I hadn't seen before. Along with one of the girls who's typically there. I was waiting on the order and in the span of less than 5 minutes. I saw this kid picking his nose twice.
