一来到system有问题，这么多间分行一直以为starbuck 水准在线，第一次喝到这么难喝的咖啡，又贵又没有quality，没有下一次了

The cake is really bad. But overall is fine. So mood slightly ruined by the cake!
Very disappointing customer service. I accidentally broke a merchandise mug while looking at items and immediately offered to pay. The manager accepted without hesitation or any acknowledgement that it was an accident. Mistakes happen, and while I was willing to take responsibility, the complete lack of understanding or goodwill made the experience feel cold and unfriendly. Not the level of customer care I would expect from Starbucks.
The male staff is kind and friendly. Definitely would love to have a cup of coffee here again!!!
