Have terrible experience at Starbucks service. I have ordered take away venti hot drinks, under 1 for 1. But, no any bag or carrier provided, for 2 venti hot drinks. Barista claimed need RM1.50 for paper bag, which I agreed to pay for. But, not one assist for the paper bag payment. At no choice, I carry 2 venti hot drinks in one hand, and the drink spilled.
Phone didnot pickup？ so put phone number for what order wrong cannot cancel in app then？ also didnot do
The staff is unfriendly. They didn't provide receipt and when I requested for it their attitude was so bad and the WiFi was not straightforward to connect... Ordered hot latte but was so watery...
