The Staff Nora clearly has a working attitude, she honestly shouldn't be working servicing people. As it's clearly shown in her attitude and character greeting customer with a black face no smile no acknowledgment and not even a slight hi. Why are you even working when you have zero customer service? this is my second encounter with this person Nora and when i saw her attending to my order at the counter again. Environment is great, partly due to low foot traffic of the mall, but there's no QR code on the tables for online ordering. For the service, typically lousy.
The baristas here are super rude. Not a single smile or response. Just give u a rude face. Not even call you when drink is ready. Super bad bad bad!
