Environment is great, partly due to low foot traffic of the mall, but there's no QR code on the tables for online ordering. For the service, typically lousy.
The baristas here are super rude. Not a single smile or response. Just give u a rude face. Not even call you when drink is ready. Super bad bad bad!
The malay girl kind of rude. however the drinks are as usual ok
Visited on Christmas Day and was honestly disappointed. The staff seemed unwelcoming and annoyed while making my drink, with no smile or even a simple “thank you.” I understand working on a public holiday isn’t easy, but basic courtesy still matters, especially in a place known for its service. Merry Christmas anyway 😊
