Barista Helmi was very friendly and nice.
I planned to cancel mobile app order to take the current promotion in the store. The mobile app order couldn't be cancelled online and the customer support didn't answer even waiting in the call nearly 10 minutes. Starbucks company management ruined the customer experience. They are fortunate to have friendly staffs here though. Ms AIN offered to make up for the promotion. I really appreciate to have this delightful service here. The employees here deserved this 5 stars rating.

The takeout I ordered from the platform did not match the product.
