Worst tasting coffee. I have been to this Starbucks three times and they never get my order right. The quality of products used to make latte’s is poor and the baristas are not trained on the recipes.
Super slow service.
I usually prefer this Starbucks vs the Harris teeter one but the last few times I've been and received hot items there would be a lot of little black specs of charcoal/burnt pieces of who knows what from the oven. I mentioned that when I went back and their response was so do you want it not warmed? Not sure how they weren't trained on how to treat customers in situations like this but a simple acknowledgement and apology would've made all the difference.
