Ordered three drinks, not a single one was anywhere close to what we've come to expect. I threw mine out after two sips, such a waste.
Their croissants are always excellently warmed and their iced matchas are to die for but the young morning baristas who are always there need to be looked at with vigilance. While picking up our mobiles, my colleague and I witnessed one of them trying to remove tips with a wire from the locked glass box!! It was shameful!
