I have been coming to this Starbucks a couple times now and every time I see this wonderful employee called Hannah. She’s always so nice and like a ray of sunshine, automatically makes my day better. Best costumer service employee I have ever met. Wish more employees were like her! Amazing 5 stars recommend!!
I hope this message reaches the customer service team. Before assigning employees to customer-facing roles, I believe it's essential to evaluate their communication skills. This was my second unpleasant experience at the same location, and it was both disappointing and unprofessional. I visited Starbucks with my daughter and asked for cherry foam.
