This review is long overdue. I met this beautiful soul one morning heading to take care of some very stressful business uptown. She greeted me with a smile and an open ear and kind words. I don't know why it seems to be easier to talk to a stranger as opposed to someone you know but I'm so blessed that it was Lorraine. fancy starbucks. starbucks is all over uptown charlotte every block redeem my birthday reward here and the Frappuccino was good. I placed the wrong location I thought it was East Trade street by the transit center but it was on 201 West Trade street.
It seems like Starbucks has been going downhill the last few years and this one definitely didn't improve my opinion. The staff seemed disinterested, the coffee was lukewarm and there was a poor selection of food.
This is the starbucks in the hotel, its right next to the valet/lobby area and is accessible through the lobby or the street. I had the blackberry sage refresher today and it was the best starbucks refresher ive ever had in my life the barista really did so well, thank you so much!!!
Had to wait over 20 min for a drip coffee Asked for a refund as I couldn’t wait longer , was told no one was authorized to give me a refund — they kept my refund and no coffee
