I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks inside Giant for over 8 years, and the last two days have been honestly terrible. The girl who prepares the lattes has been extremely rude both times. Her facial expression looks like she hates the entire world, and the attitude matches it. Yesterday I ordered an extra hot venti latte and waited for about 15 minutes. Me and my boyfriend ordered the new Horchata shaken espresso from here and the older lady at the counter visibly rolled her eyes and started making rude comments about it to her coworker right in front of us. She continued making joking remarks about us ordering this to her coworker the entire time we waiting for the drink to be made. Super unprofessional and uncomfortable.
