A member of staff helped us order a Grab Taxi and paid for it. We are grateful for your kindness and generosity. We cannot thank you enough. Although you didn’t have to do it. Sorry we didn’t get your name but you will know who you are. Nicky and Ian - United Kingdom xx
Good service from most of the staff here. Unfortunately, the outlet is either hot or warm most of the time, and this has been an ongoing issue for years. This is one of the reasons I don't frequent this outlet that much. According to the staff, the cooling and ventilation are managed by the mall management
the cashier was rude. me and my friends laugh at each other and he just say “what so funny”?? bruh? did we laugh at you? and when we stop laugh he laugh at us. we order and pay not order but not pay. when we already pay and wait for the receipt he say “there’s nothing funny here” confident that we laugh at you? funny.
