Not a happy Jan and definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I ordered a white hot chocolate this evening and got a hot milk. This has been my second visit. And yet the service is so poor. We are your customers your bread and butter. But when you give your customer a smirk smile along with your colleagues. We as the customers are not afraid to give you bad reviews. It’s always the same night shift people that I get served and really have bad attitudes.
Enjoyed the food and drink but it was an ordeal to use the bathrooms.
Convenient location. Always manage to get my name wrong!
