The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The barista took my order wrong (wrong size) and charged me extra. She said there was nothing that could be done about it, and the manager just brushed it off and did not care. They also ended up making my drink wrong and have to remake it. 0 for 2, seriously frustrating.
Five stars. Barista with beanie is really cute and sweet. Makes the best drinks.
Can be very inconsistent and skimpy on the actual drink if you ask for cold foam. Also they did good in the begging of the semester but recently they have messed up at least 4 of my drinks.
The barista brewed our espresso and cappuccino with care and as we wanted. The service was excellent.
