took 30 mins for them to get my my auntie drink and single food items and the manager is just talking to friends while working as i just needed the bathrrom code and brushed me off and gave the wrong code to the point i didn’t want to use the bathrrom
Overall this location is great. The only issue comes with the drive thru... it seems to be closed or delayed semi-consistently.
What is wrong with this starbucks, its in a prime location and they are hardly open at all. They have all these random times, how is the franchise owner even staying in business? Hilo side starbucks never operates like this. Kona is so weird.
