I was at Starbucks today & I ordered a tall ice white mocha drink … Drank it all , opened it to eat my ice and there was a gnat on my ice !!! Not to mention flys all over their food display. Never going there again 🤧
Workers here are disrespectful and rude- you can read other reviews about that topic as I’m not the only one here saying so… I was the only one here waiting for a simple cold brew. It took more than 13 minutes for them to make my drink. And I sat waiting at the register for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and took my order. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and I even tipped generously, butI wasted about 30 minutes of my time.
