I placed a mobile order for a drink and a cheese Danish through DoorDash and accidentally went to the wrong Starbucks location to pick it up myself. When I explained what happened, I told the team I was about to place another order here since I didn’t want to drive back to the original location. They didn’t have to do anything, but they offered me a credit for my drink and Danish on the spot. Their kindness and professionalism really made my day. It might not seem like a big thing, but it meant a lot to me.
Dirty. It’s a shame no one paid any attention to cleanliness. Tables were dirty. Even after I told an employee that there was spilled juice under a table and a puddle of water on another, he simply passed on the chore (which wasn’t addressed with any urgency). Wait was so long. Short staffed only 2 people were behind register. Edit: They have improved
