I went to Starbucks and ordered a drink, but it took a very long time even though the store was almost empty. The employee taking my order was talking while preparing it, and she was holding my cup and my order in her hand the whole time. She either seemed inexperienced or simply did not know how to handle orders professionally.

I have been a gold member of Starbucks since 2012. I have never had a bad experience at any Starbucks location until now. I am here on a work trip and came in to get coffee and a bagel. No one acknowledges you when walking in. Not to mention once at the counter just kept walking by like I wasn’t there. Two workers were not even making anything just continuing to walk around and ignore patrons. I never thought I’d say I was disappointed in Starbucks.
