Fast service and great drinks at this Starbucks in downtown Louisville.
The only thing this barista was proudly serving was your freshly chewed face as she nastily tells you what they don’t make and what they are out of. Please go work somewhere that’s not customer facing.
Consistent drinks and food are in line with any other Starbucks, however, they are incredibly slow. The mobile option is always turned off as well. EDIT: Gave this location another visit, midweek at 130PM. It was completely devoid of customers, I was literally the only one, and there were 7 employees. Despite the 7 to 1 ratio, it took nearly 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me standing at the register. Pond water moves faster.
