I won’t come back this Starbucks again until the rudest staff get fired. I asked a simple question about the food. Come on if you don’t wanna work! Stay at home okay?
I recently visited the Starbucks on George Street and was very disappointed with the level of customer service. I was next in line and ready to place my order, but instead of being served, I was told to wait five minutes while the staff member continued having a casual conversation with a coworker. I understand that staff need to communicate with each other, but making a customer who is already next in line wait several minutes for a social conversation to finish is frustrating and, in my opinion, completely unacceptable.
