Rude staff and clearly unprofessional service during the night shift on September 5th. The staff seriously need to learn some basic manners and how to treat customers with respect. The service was terrible, especially from one particular staff member who has dark hair. I’d strongly recommend management look into providing better customer service training to the night shift team.

I never leave reviews, but sometimes management needs to be made aware of what’s going on. I honestly think the staff need some serious customer service training. It wasn’t even particularly busy, yet the two girls making the drinks seemed like they couldn’t care less about the customers. My mom and I just wanted to get some coffee on the way to the riverfire and decided to try Starbucks after a long time. This branch was incredibly busy today, probably due to peak hours for everything. However, the staff handled the difficult and demanding customers well.

The staff didn’t ask for my name and were simply mumbling the drink names, which left many customers confused about which drinks belonged to them. When I politely asked whether one of the drinks was mine, the female staff member responded in a very rude and unnecessary way. To make matters worse, everyone in the establishment was eventually kicked out by a female staff member.
