Just left the drive thru and this is what my drink is looking like after two sips. I’ve been ordering a brown sugar shaken espresso since 2021! This is way toooo much ice for almost ten bucks???? This overload of ice happens every once in a while but I feel the need to address it because the 10 bucks for a messed up drink does add up! I would like points or a remake to remedy this situation! Wayyyyyyy too much ice in the drinks! What’s going on?
Ordered through drive thru and had a rude encounter with the supervisor Helen, when we were thinking of what to order she had a very negative & demanding attitude! And kept rushing us when there weren’t any cars behind us at the moment, and then when another car arrived she proceeded to attend them nicely and with a much more positive and pleasant attitude, never coming back to this Starbucks !
