A big thank you to Mark, Kristel, and Hadia for the exceptional customer service this evening. They were genuinely kind every time we visit. Great job, and thank you for making our night! Keep it up
so rude customer service slammed the window while i was talking
Food was warm and yummy drinks were sweet and delicious and even the workers drew photos on our drinks
I was a regular customer and this time I was very disappointed with the staff and service It will be my last visit
I've now gone twice in 2 weeks for a tall Latté in the morning. Each time I got boiled milk. Where is the coffee? Not good enough. You are meant to specialise in COFFEE!!!! Edit – tried again 6 months later.... Latté taste like water. At least you guys are consistent in making putrid coffee. Prob the worst coffee I've ever had.
