my favorite starbucks ever like i love starbucks
Disappointing experience. The croissant tasted stale, and there was too much chatting between the employees while customers were waiting. The service felt slow and unorganized.
A lot of the afternoon baristas are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and don’t seem to care about any sort of customer service - it’s genuinely not hard. In the 5 minutes I was there, I watched 3 different customers ask for assistance and the baristas laughed in their faces and talked badly about the customer in front of their faces.
Came here this morning before work to get a pick me up. First, the woman made my drink wrong and when I asked politely to fix it she said it was an extra free even though she messed the drink up in the first place. She then scuffed at me when I asked for a straw and burnt my sandwich. The whole atmosphere was not welcoming and everyone seemed to hate their jobs.
Came in on April 2nd to have some food & beverages with my toddler, spent about $30 and also stars… we sat on the couch and ate.. 30 min after we were ready to leave but my toddler & I wanted some water, so I went back to the register and asked a Spanish looking staff member that was the cashier at that time (this is important for the context of this) I asked if we could please have a water no ice, this individual gave me a nasty look up and down and told me that “Water is only for paying customers”… I still had a sandwich a... read more
