How dare they make us buy something to get Water now!!! I wonder what greedy devil decided that?
I ordered a latte and watched the barista prepare it. She ended up tossing the milk after frothing it because it clearly didn't turn out right. However, she then reused the same cup, added more milk, and frothed it again. When I went to drink my coffee, it was basically just milk with zero coffee taste. Such poor service—having all the right tools to do it properly and still getting it wrong. I had to throw away my “latte”.
To the young maned ERIC, I must say the must sublime customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I know and seen the effort put into the work from the drinks to the food and great atmosphere I observed. Great music too in there.
