Moving to Caribou coffee now that Starbucks is using paper cups in all the blue states. It won't last when corporate sales and stock tank.
Wonderful staff early this Thanksgiving morning. Great attitude while sacrificing their holiday to brighten everyone else’s. Latte’s on point too!
I ordered online and very specifically said a steamer, but once I got inside and I waited for my drink, the women said very rudely “we’re out of drinks so it’s up here”. Since I had to go right away I just took it and left. I shouldn’t have to correct them.
Very bad experience! Never make any right coffee that we ordered. Company should go check up or re-training the staffs.
