Sometimes they make drinks wrong, but they're usually pretty good at fixing the mistake.
Just way too slow. Been here a few times. Usually 8 to 12 minutes to get a drink.
Great store, super kind staff, made my drink very fast!
Very clean and streamlined atmosphere and the store was quiet! Nice vibe. The server was nothing extraordinary, just took the order. That’s nothing negative though. The drinks were pretty bad actually, with my pumpkin spice latte having little to no pumpkin flavoring. Overall a pretty nice store though.
The experiences I've had here have been consistently great. Whether it's lunch rush or right at open, the staff is pleasant and working as quickly as possible, and the drinks are good. A particular shoutout to Jay, as well - what a friendly, capable, and thorough person!! Genuinely could not say I've met a better barista.
