this starbucks is the worst one ive ever been to ! . never recommend again . i hate to be the type of person to say this but we waited 40 minutes for drinks and they got our drinks wrong .
Got one of our drinks wrong but fixed it with no hesitation.
Despite the large number of customers, there were only two bartenders at the counter.
Basic customer service skills such as greeting customers, smiling, and showing kindness were completely lacking at this location (Red wing). I waited 16 minutes just to place my order, and then my drink sat on the counter for another 10 minutes waiting for cream. The employee simply ignored it until I finally had to ask her to hand me my drink. Not once did anyone apologize for the excessive wait or acknowledge the inconvenience.
