The real problem I have with this casino is that they have that "you need the card" or you can't get in I will never again come here and I don't support this!!

I went to the Bourbon Steak restaurant at the MGM Grand. The chairs at the first table they stuck us at were atrocious. They were very uncomfortable and three of the four chairs at our table wobbled terribly. Next, they stuck us at a ridiculously small table in a partitioned area that could have easily had a table twice as big. The waitress was pushy. Many of the support staff barely speak English. I am not a gambler but one time I was there for an anniversary party and played $10 on the roulette, well I played the obvious, 00, 7, 11, 21, etc... and 21 came up and the female dealer did one of those "the hand is quicker than the eye" things and smiled at me and said sorry, better luck next time.
