Starbucks franchiser started to making minimum charges or purchase(s) drinks in order to drink water or ice. The reasons I came to ask cup of ice because Kroger Cola original cans are over filled up. But the cashier refused to serve my cup of ice or ice water. I felt kind of a shame of them also Starbucks, too.

All too late for starting to even ask about the info you don't even need when there wasn't even any other customer and that it was just a black coffee which you simply get and give to the customer right away.
This Starbucks at Macy's 2nd floor. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Starbucks. The staff’s attitude was incredibly poor, showing a lack of basic respect towards customers. Furthermore, I experienced blatant racial discrimination, which left me deeply upset and angry. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and does not align with the standards of a global brand like Starbucks. I hope the company will take this matter seriously, improve employee training, and prevent incidents like this in the future.
