10/1/21 One of the staff insulted and patronized me, and she called me by another name. This really upset me, but I'll continue to patronize this business because it's the closest Starbucks to my home. Now there's a huge fly problem. Staff refuses to get rid of the flies. I have to cover any food items or drinks, or disgusting flies land on my food. Also, this place is always way too noisy. Staff cranks up the overhead radio and makes far too much noise behind the counter. Usually can't read a book or enjoy my own thoughts. ... read more
