Slow and unpleasant
This Starbucks is very racist against black customers! If I want my drink a certain way it shouldn’t be a problem. I shouldn’t have to call corporate or Go to another Starbucks that can accommodate. My mom used to come to this Starbucks all the time before she died. She used to give the employees gift cards during the holidays and as a whole my family has spent tens of thousands of dollars on Starbucks over the last 25 years. I will never come back to this location. The surrounding locations are better and kinder.
I’m honestly so disappointed. This has happened to me twice this week with my Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso with cold foam. Both times, my drink was filled with milk and creamer and had barely any espresso. When I mentioned it to the barista, they just stared at me like I was asking for something unreasonable. If I wanted a drink that was mostly milk and creamer, I would’ve gone to Dunkin. 😭 I’m paying a lot for one drink, and I expect it to actually taste like the drink I ordered.
