The kids that worked their didn't know a lot about the product. Also they were busy cleaning and didn't pay attention to their customers. The ones that made our drinks didn't call out my name, they just put the drinks on the counter. Also the girl that was cleaning the bathroom told my wife the bathrooms were close then when my wife told the cashier she changed her statement and said because she just moped it that why she didn't let her use it.
I drive through most of the time, but I have had my coffee at different Starbucks in El Paso, Las Vegas, and they all smell Devine which adds to a great experience. Mocca Flapussino are my favorites.
You guys should really work on your customer service, employees have the worst attitude at this location no manners what so ever even rolling eyes to the customers, is you don't like providing good customer service then this is not the type of job you should be on.
