You guys should really work on your customer service, employees have the worst attitude at this location no manners what so ever even rolling eyes to the customers, is you don't like providing good customer service then this is not the type of job you should be on.
The employees here have an attitude and take forever. I waited 20 minutes for my mobile order and when I finally received it, it was watered down. The girls there do not want to help or answer any questions and disregard you when you try to communicate with them. They make it very difficult to want to go there again.
Went to deliver a DoorDash with my younger sister. Got stopped at the door by Tony that he offered to give us drinks. Very sweet moment and he didn’t have to! Really made out day doing DoorDash for a couple hours in El Paso heat! We got the new strawberry matcha made by Josh. Love the drinks! We never go to Starbucks and it was a great experience! Really hope these guys know they made our day :) she loves it clearly
Drinks are great but they need to step up their customer service skills. Some staff members they hire are young and rude if they don’t know how to talk to people they should not work there period.
