Just went through the drive through, but the service was excellent.
At around 3:40pm, my sister went through the drive-thru and asked for a Cookie Crumble Pumpkin Frappuccino, which she has ordered before at the Ellensburg Starbucks. The barista responded in a rude tone with “excuse me” and then said, “how do you expect me to make that.” This was extremely upsetting and made my sister cry. She was just trying to order a drink and did not deserve to be treated that way. The barista had curly hair and a piercing.
Easy access to 90 if you travel. Staff were very pleasant 😊
