I've been working in College Park for almost 5 years now, and this Starbucks is either a part of my morning, afternoon, and I won't lie also some evenings. They have always provided great and fast customer service and most importantly good drinks! I Love this place!
Bad experience yesterday morning. I ordered a blueberry oatmeal. When I finally went to open my bag when I was already 15/20 mins. Away from this location I was missing my blueberries, sweetener, & the mix of nuts that's suppose to come with the oatmeal along with a spoon! Very disappointing I paid for just a cup of oats & water...
Good customer service. I was in the #PayItForward drive-thru line.
My family has frequented this location for over 16yrs! It's like our 2nd home. Salem, Vinny, Rick, and Jonathan R always spot-on w/customer service. Today was no different they re-made my Bacon-Gouda fast & a free drink card. Thanks Sierra!!
yesterday was a bad experience, they got my tall vanilla chai mixed up and I ended up with a coffee instead and didn't realize it until I got all the way to work:(
