Ugh everytime it’s something!!!! Big big ling waiting to treat myself to my pink drink and I get up there and they are out of strawberries and limes!!! Didn’t even offer to make me another drink after I waited in that long line !!! Sorry to sound entitled but took forever

we were there yesterday night to order a couple things ,when I hand my $100 bill the employee ask Manny another employee about my bill ,they reject my hundred dollar bill, were not professional at all talking to me about it , he totally ignore me after I ask him why he wasn't accepting it, I have my own business my best friend that was with me has her own business as a business owners we never treat customers the way Mani Did to us ,very unprofessional we feel humiliated the way he totally ignore us after he dejected the bil... read more

A huge shout out to the staff, but Tessa in particular. My brother had died the day before and I was a mess when I came in the store. Sweet Tessa was so kind and gave me a hug and such kind words...….your kindness will never be forgotten! This has always been my favorite Starbucks, the staff just go above and beyond.
Probably the best Starbucks experience I have had in a long time! Friendly staff, quick service.
