bathroom had no toilet paper, paper towels or hand soap. I waited several minutes before even being acknowledged. Had to wait forever to get order. this is not the first time.
RecommendedThey are a part of my daily routine. I always stop before work and on my days off, I still have to go! I was in the hospital 11 days and sent people to get my drinks from there. Someone always greets me with a smile, wishes me a great day, and no one criticizes my sometimes odd orders. I don't know what I'd do without them. And if they're out of something, chill out, it was probably popular so they ran out--don't shoot the messenger, just order something else! Keep it up folks!!!

RecommendedMost of the baristas know my face and are always super helpful. :) occasionally it’s suuuper busy and things get missed or inaccurate, but I’ve never had an issue getting it corrected if it does end up wrong.
