Worst Starbucks in the reno area. When you specify something for your drink they dont follow the order. Order online ask for no whip they put whip in the drink. Go through the drive ask for no whip they add abundance amount of whip when you say you cant take the whip they just took it back and mixed the whip into the drink. I have allergies to something in their whip that gives me a migraine. Just wish they would follow the order. It’s almost every time i go to this specific store.
I was picking up a delivery for Uber eats and the lady preparing the order was very rude.she had blonde hair in a ponytail. I had been there 8 mins waiting on the order to be prepared which was fine. When I said I was there for uber eats picking up so and so order she rolled her eyes and said we will get to it in a minute
