Not sure how to rate 0/5, but here we are. Morning staff at 116th & Olio Starbucks is impressively rude. Refused an extra cup because they were “out of sleeves,” constantly rushes orders with “anything else?”, and today topped it all. Pulled in at 6:57 AM (they open at 7).(12/14/2025) No sign, no notice. ( I should have gotten a dream about their opening time change to 7 am from 6:30 am, how dare I didn’t ) Got yelled at for being early, then told to drive around and reorder—despite zero line—followed by a 5-minute argument ... read more
