I recently stopped by this location, which I had previously a wonderful experience, but unfortunately this time it was completely awful. The manager that was there the last time I went I was told had been fired which totally blew my mind. That woman, Rhonda, was super friendly and the store was running like a well oiled machine. i HATE coming to this starbucks, every time i come i wait at least 20 minutes. today i decided to give it another chance because maybe it’ll be different. NOPE! never again!
This location is consistently out of normal items such a caramel syrup and whipped cream. That suggests very poor planning and management in general. Basically on par for the area though.
Very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the lights were dim and mostly off, and the sign wasn't on making it look like the store was closed. Which ment the workers didn't want to work. The drive-thru screen wasn’t working at all, which added to the confusion. I asked for two large waters and was told I had to make a purchase, even though on a previous visit that wasn’t required.
