We have had a good run with this place, but over the past year we’ve experienced more problems and complications than ever before. I’ve been coming here for years because I genuinely enjoyed the drinks and the service, which makes it even more disappointing to write this review. Lately, it seems like almost every order is made incorrectly. Great conflict escalation. Called ready to yell at some one until they cried based on the customer service I received. They handled it beautifully. Unfortunately won’t be back it’s been a repeaters issue but do wish you the best.
Consistently terrible service. Consistent rude employees. Consistent lip service to wanting the experience to be positive fast friendly and consistent slow service , inept baristas , rude experiences, and over all poor behavior and attitudes. I would recommend going to the scooters up the street they r way nicer. This store has been consistently full of complete immature rude behavior not just once or twice but consistently
